Every winter, when the days feel darker and “Blue Monday” is called the saddest day of the year, we choose a different story. Instead of blue, we choose pink, a colour that radiates hope, vibrancy, and strength.
The Power of Pink Conference is built on the Mom Flamingo Theory: when a mother flamingo gives birth, she loses her brilliant pink colour, becoming pale and depleted. Over time, as she nourishes herself, her colour returns. Just like the flamingo, women often give so much of themselves to family, career, and community that they lose their spark.
This event is about changing that narrative. It’s a reminder that self-love is not selfish. Women deserve to shine, to recharge, and to step fully into their power without guilt. When we take care of ourselves, we reclaim our sparkly pink and, in turn, shine brighter for everyone around us.

Cheryl Holtby is a former teacher turned counselor and founder of Discovery Seminars in Calgary, Alberta. After recognizing that many students’ struggles stemmed from mental health challenges rather than ability, she shifted her focus to supporting children, teens, adults, and couples through anxiety, depression, and self-esteem work.
Through Discovery Seminars, Cheryl leads transformative programs and retreats for individuals, families, and communities. She also works with First Nations groups, sharing tools for healing and growth. Her passion lies in helping people heal, grow, and create better lives, one step at a time.

Megan Golightly is the founder and CEO of Simplified Inc. and the recognizable face behind @gosimplified on instagram. Since 2008 she has been leading her team, empowering people to declutter, organize, and embrace simplicity. She has a passion for solving problems, organizing projects big and small, and collaborating with families to effect remarkable transformations in their homes and lives.
Megan has a background in Psychology and a passion for Neuroscience, which she weaves through her content to highlight the relationship between our brains and the spaces we inhabit - especially when helping individuals and families who struggle with decision fatigue, overwhelm, and ADHD. She has inspired hundreds of thousands in her online community to discover tips, tricks, step-by-step guides, transformative before-and-afters, and more.
Megan is often found organizing the homes of Canadian celebrities, is a frequent public speaker at homeshows and corporate events across Canada, has been featured by Chatelaine, Global News, and the CBC, and enjoys her downtime at her lake-side cabin with her two teenage children and beloved dogs Motley and Coco.

Jackie Dunham is a clinical prescribing pharmacist with over 25 years of experience at Co-op Pharmacy. Her passion for health and wellness began in her teens through fitness, weightlifting, and nutrition, and has evolved into a lifelong mission to help others feel and function at their best. Through her own health and hormone obstacles, Jackie developed a deep passion for healing through nutrition, exercise, and strength training—finding CrossFit to be a major part of her personal healing journey while working closely with her naturopath.
She has co-owned a health and weight-loss business, developed extensive knowledge in hormone balance and wellness, and holds advanced training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through BHRT Academy. As a Certified Menopause Practitioner through the Menopause Society, Jackie integrates her pharmaceutical expertise with holistic insight to create personalized treatment plans that help women thrive—feeling energized, balanced, and confident at every stage of life.

A passionate entrepreneur and lifelong learner, Kim is known for her authenticity, radiant energy, and ability to uplift those around her. Her joy comes from helping women feel seen, heard, and loved. She guides them to live in alignment with their most authentic selves and empowers them to step into their full potential.
